Purpose and goal

We have realized the purpose of our preliminary investigation by examining the buoyancy of our (project leaders) organization´s self-lived experiences of the obstacles to that norm critical perspectives have impact and success in the private/public sector. We have realized the goals set out, by working out a complex problem picture, which participating suppliers and buyers of norm critical competence have formulated, and whose content has been reviewed and developed by external consultants and projects leaders. The solution has later been redeveloped by the participants.

Expected results and effects

The results of the pilot study show the need for a norm critical organization that can act as support for both clients and providers of norm critical skills . The focus is the need for learning processes to buying organizations and support structures and solid partnerships for suppliers. The results also show the need for a coordinating function that can match and merge complex range of services where the norm critical skills is the common factor . The pilot study involves a knowledge base for the development of a norm critical organization.

Planned approach and implementation

Implementation has involved a process in which clients and suppliers , through various forms of exercises and discussions, have shared their experiences and knowledge. These experiences have been analyzed with the help of consultants in organizational development, architecture, law, sustainability strategies and business economics. The arrangement has worked well and we have received the relevant information that could lead us to the well-researched ideas for a norm-critical cluster. The response from participants show a great need and interest in development in the area.
