Purpose and goal

The project has been a continuation of project "Inkubationsstöd Excellens - Incubate in Örebro AB, 2015-03057". In this project, Inkubera has achieved the goal of taking the next step in our development and, based on functioning processes and tools, creating an even more adapted and powerful programme for knowledge-intensive and innovative companies with growth potential on an international market. We have also achieved a more efficient collaboration with the academy / Örebro Universitet through our developed collaboration processes.

Expected results and effects

Inkubera has developed into an even more efficient business incubator with strengthened competence and experience, among other things within the AI area, as one of the region´s areas of strength. Overall, we have achieved a greater critical mass of good company cases that have received more adapted and effective incubator support. Here we have further developed our company processes and associated networks. This has led to a more even company flow and increased conditions for companies in our processes to accelerate and grow faster.

Planned approach and implementation

Focus: Inflow - incubation process - output. Inflow work in active collaboration with the region´s actors and business environments has resulted in positive structural development on the inflow side. In the incubation process, we have implemented initiatives with a focus on coaching/expert competence based on individual company needs in different process steps. An active exchange of experience between the incubators, business coaches and companies has continuously provided valuable input in our learning and improvement work within method and process development.
