Purpose and goal

The pilot will be done during 12 weeks with incubator Subtopia with the goal to develop and verify Advance s methodology. The operational part includes self-assessment, training and individual coaching. At the end, an evaluation is performed to identify improvements. The evaluation includes the participants feedback and Subtopia s appreciation of the benefits. The goal after a completed pilot project is to launch a verified and scalable product portfolio that can contribute to improved entrepreneurship and business development within the targeted industries.
