Purpose and goal

The mission of health care is infinite, resources limited. Setting priorities is the responsibility of politicians who are pressured by public opinion, reinforced by media, to take decisions with unforeseen consequences for health care quality. The responsibility to resolve these conflicts are cascaded down in the care giving organisations, giving galloping costs, impaired quality of care, low work satisfaction and deteriorating management legitimacy. The aim of this project is to contribute to better decision and implementation processes for health care prioritization.
