Purpose and goal
GYSAM is a collaboration between secondary schools in 11 of Dalarna´s municipalities. The purpose of the planning project was to increase synergies between these schools within the area of digital tools/practices that support education. The planning project has found a lot of interest from both school leaders and teachers to work with these questions.
Results and expected effects
The dialogue with school principals and teachers has been very positive and led to nearly 50 proposals for test projects for an upcoming test environment where each proposal is well established in a real educational need and in the organization. A number of external partners, both from business and education community, have expressed an interest in collaborating with our test environment.
Approach and implementation
The planning project has focused on laying the foundation for and establish cooperation between the parties that will be included in the test environment. Much of this work has been to meet the various stakeholders to inform them about the project and listen to what pedagogical challenges they see in the schools. The project has reached a major share of the teaching staff and the majority of school leaders.
