Purpose and goal

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The goal of the Hugin project was to give Lindesbergs municipality a first experience of using sensors and sensor data and through a practical implementation evaluate the benefit that can be achieved. Despite deficient hardware, the project goal have been met and Lindesbergs municipality has gained a good understanding of using sensors indoors in a property and seeing the benefits of measuring different conditions in a meeting room - even if the time for measurement data collection was shortened compared to the original idea of the project.

Expected results and effects

1. Collect data regarding the work environment. To some extent, this was fulfilled via a web-based dashboard that all parties could access 2. The implementation of the project must be inclusive and equal. This has been fulfilled as far as possible. 3. Provide the municipality a report where collected data was analyzed. A follow-up meeting has been carried out but no further analysis of the data has taken place yet. 4. Give the municipality a first time experience of using IoT and to encourage the continuation of using IoT applications after the project has been implemented. Goal fulfilled.

Planned approach and implementation

The Hugin project has consisted of the following steps: Definition phase & data collection Analysis & Designphase Implementation phase Delivery phase Data analysis & project retrospective Support All phases has been done, but the analysis, design and implementation took longer time than planned. This negatively affected the delivery time and time to collect measurement data. The web-based dashboards have given all parties access to measurement data, with the option to choose the time period for analysis. Unfortunately, a analysis of all measurement data has not been possible.
