Purpose and goal

Our goal was a new product development. We have developed a dummy for a homepage where young chefs will meet restaurantowners in a gender neutral way.

Expected results and effects

The aim is to see to it that female chefs will be better at boosting themselfs and male chefs will be more realistic in their goals and that the restaurantowners will hire the right chef for the job

Planned approach and implementation

We have had app 10 meetings and workshops. We have made both quantative and qualitative studies and built up a dummy. We have had meetings with restaurant schools and the union and webdesigners. all of them are very positive. Our goal is to have the web site up and running within one year
