Purpose and goal

The purpose of this project is to develop a digital, interactive advice-giving tool. The goal of the project is to develop an interactive digital tool that helps consumers understand risk and return in financial advice, and that also complies with regulation. The end results will be delivered 2015-12-31. The time plan is on schedule for the project.

Results and expected effects

The results are that the project follows the plan for development of a digital interactive advice giving tool. The concrete result is konfrerence papers and established cooperative relationships.

Approach and implementation

The project is divided into four phases. The time plan is that phase 1 and parts of phase 2 are done the first year. Phase 2 and parts of phase 3 are made the second year. Phase 3 and 4 are made the third year. Phase 1 - Feasibility studies in the existing customer base to the chosen audience and inventory of existing knowledge in advising bank customers. Phase 2 - Development of interfaces (questionnaires, language, designs, testing, initial programming) Phase 3 - Implementation (programming prototype) Phase 4 - Test the ´real situation´ to the existing customer base / selected target
