Purpose and goal

The project´s purpose and goals have been met in a good way . The developed innovation system at the University has received high ratings by VINNOVA and there is more innovation going on to incubation or licensing today than before. Interest in entrepreneurship and innovation has increased and methods and tools have been developed to teach entrepreneurial skills to individuals.

Expected results and effects

Lasting results ; new courses , activities and programs , developed physical products and sites as well as digital results. Methods and processes that improve quality has been developed. Procedures and strategies has been introduced to ensure that the project results remains. The project has also provided new opportunities for regional, national and international collaboration, which had great significance in reaching the goals in this project as well as the university , the region and the country´s strategies for an efficient innovation system and a more entrepreneurial culture .

Planned approach and implementation

The project has been divided into 12 activities, all of which have been linked to the main objectives of the project . Each activity leader has reported to the project manager who in his turn reported to the steering committee. The steering committee consisted of 5 members including chairman. Steering committee meetings held 3-4 times / year . This approach has worked well with a transparent process that clearly showed progression in the different activities. Thanks to this, during the last year of the project, reallocating funds was made to increase the fulfillments of project goals.
