Purpose and goal
We have achieved the goal of developing more efficient and faster technology exchange and co-innovation between researchers and Swedish software companies. The developed methods help the companies refine their processes and technology use and happens in collaboration between researchers and the leading engineers/developers. The education and improvement projects can be executed in 4-6 months and give direct effects in the companies, on their strategies and on the engineers that take part.
Results and expected effects
We have reached out to Swedish companies to a larger degree than we expected. The improvement projects that have been piloted have lead to improved ways of working and increased knowledge in the participating companies.
Approach and implementation
The project has been lead by two senior researchers, with extensive experience from applied research in industry, and with students and teachers from the Chalmers school of entrepreneurship. This has given a broad knowledge and competence base which has been the basis for success.
