Purpose and goal

The purpose of the skills enhancement was to better reach and attract the users of the application / service in depth. The goal of the skills enhancement was to get both an initial result that we could implement and use immidiately, but also to set up the method and process for implementing similar projects / activities in the future. We have achieved the goals of the project

Expected results and effects

The result of the project has had an direct impact on the current implementation of our app/system. The result is also a much better internal understanding and knowledge about method and process to use as part of the overall development process in the future.

Planned approach and implementation

The project was implemented in four phases. Due to changes in the customers product brand strategy the second phase were pro-longed. We deliberatly pro-longed the compelte project to ensure a close and essential cooperation with the customer. As a consequence of the prolonged project we partly had to use other development resources than initially planned. The set-up of the project worked out fine. It was clear to all involved both related to process and methodology, but also the overall purpose and goals.
