Continuation project: User oriented service development and dynamic business models

Important results from the project

The part of the present project that is directed towards service innovations in the buildning construction industry has resulted in nine scenario descriptions. In the continuation project some remaining scenarios will be in focus. Based on the experiences from the project, the aim of the next, continuation step is to analyze, test and develop business models linked to the scenarios. The project aims to support the involved companies in the process to develop sustainable business models. A deeper analysis and development of business models will be done in five steps.
