Purpose and goal

Cloudmore has built a solution that enables secure synchronization and management of files and folders, both within and outside an organization, without loosing control over files shared.

Expected results and effects

Cloudmore´s technology is unique in the market today in the sense that traditional file synchronization solutions means you loose control over the files that are shared. With our solution you can share files with full security and still be in control over where and how a file is used.

Planned approach and implementation

We divided our work in 3 work packages where each work package was broken down in smaller pieces with clear goals. Thanks to a thorough preparatory work we could follow the project plan without deviation.
