Purpose and goal
The project aimed to develop a strategy for Spira Energy AB´s management of intangible assets. After completing the project, the company now has a clear strategy for continued management of intangible assets, in a way that strengthens the company´s business plan.

The project resulted in strengthening the company´s ability to use intangible assets as a tool for success.
