Purpose and goal

The objective for the project was to develop a winning business plan with business models and strategies for the revolutionary concept open innovation platform for infotainment in the vehicle. The concept changes the way functionality and content gets purchased, developed and sold. Through the project work activities we have gained valuable new knowledge that we have analyzed and through this we have been able to change and adapt our business strategy and improve our business models during the project.

Results and expected effects

The result from the project has been used and will be used to better understand and control how we develop the company and which products and services we will offer now and for the future. The expectations were to be able to identify opportunities for growth with support of the project result. These expectations have been met with better understanding of the markets and the customers and because of that our extended offer with new products and services that we now see an increasingly interest and demand for.

Approach and implementation

We have with the support from Vinn Nu project funding accomplished activities like strategy workshops together with a business coach. Other activities that we have done are travels to different networking events and visits to potential customers and new partners at different markets, like China, USA and Europe. During these activities we have gained new knowledge about our customers and a better understanding of our markets, which has led to adaptation of business models, a new partnership and extended offers so far.
