Purpose and goal

The purpose of the project was basically to bring together different actors, increase the competence and create a better understanding for each other. Being able to sit together for some time to discuss and listen, and jointly create solutions of a specific challenge is a great way to build competence and understanding. And not least, a good start for possible future and broad collaborations.

Expected results and effects

In total four workshops were conducted and almost 100 people gathered from widely different areas of knowledge and different business and industries. In total, 14 proposals were submitted. Some of these ideas have also been processed beyond the project. A report has been produced with results from workshops, both in terms of ideas, swot and knowledge gaps and ideas for the future. The report is in print form in August and is also available on Drive Sweden´s website.

Planned approach and implementation

The project has been implemented in three phases: development of method and structure, implementation and reporting. First, the method of the workshop itself was based on the co-creation theory, which is based on back casting. All workshops had a common basic structure for implementation. Each workshop also had a challenge based on a concrete problem linked to a specific geographic area. All workshops were documented, partly with completed templates, notes, photographs and sketches.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
