Purpose and goal

The overall objective of this study is to elucidate the complex relationship between gender, profitability and innovation in on particular case, the boat concept All Aboard. The purpose is twofold and aims firstly to explore how cultural meanings of gender and gender are given importance in relation to notions of profitability, innovation and technology. Secondly, the study aims to examine the impact on matters of gender equality, what that is in this context and how it can be measured.
