A national platform for innovation procurement

Purpose and goal

The project´s goal, to build a substatial support for a decision for estblishment, placement and financing of a national innovation arena, is considered to be fulfilled. Several parameters that are important to take into account have been identified and clarified and also assessed against each other, which provides a good basis for an initiated and comprehensive dialogue and analysis for future decisions.

Expected results and effects

During the process, the project group and other parties involved have deepened their relationships and together have been able to create a common understanding that increases the possibilities of achieving the desired effect. Even outside the project, it has received a wide attention even before the conclusion, which ensures that the result will be of great importance in the continued work.

Planned approach and implementation

The project´s structure was appropriate, and the collaboration between the project group and the consultant has worked well. The result is well-founded and developed through a clear analysis model that was adopted jointly in the project. Interviews and literature studies took more time than planned, but overall the work has been effective. The last step before the final report was a joint workshop that in a good way linked the result with the project group´s introductory intentions.
