A global door opener for cleaning without chemicals.

Purpose and goal

The project´s hypothesis was that ultra-pure water can have properties as an organic solvent. This could replace large quantities of environmentally and health- damaging chemicals with water alone. The project has shown that the hypothesis was not correct. Ultra-pure water has no radically different properties than, for example, deionized or distilled water. However, the project has shown that a modified ultra-pure water has radically different properties compared to ultra-pure water. This is a global breakthrough discovery.

Expected results and effects

Simpler tests have been carried out to confirm the hypothesis that the unique water can disperse hydrophobic oils. A method for producing smaller batches of water has been implemented and the project has identified commercial technologies for continuous production. Large volumes of chemicals harmful to the environment and health are used within the application areas. Chemicals that can be replaced with water. Water that according to the Swedish Chemicals Agency is unclassified and not harmful to health and according to the National Food Agency can be used for drinks and food.

Planned approach and implementation

The project has made a change and RISE IVF has not made any trials, but on the other hand has been very active and interested in the implementation of the project. The change was made because it turned out that the original hypothesis was not correct. RISE IVF did not run any trials due to the fact that their equipment requires more water than what we could produce in this initial project. During the project implementation there has also been a relatively intense and fierce debate in the media about different water and its possibilities in cleaning. We did not go out in the media during the project.
