Important results from the project
The purpose of the project was to develop a product branch of Inside Explorer that is adapted for the school and for the educational environment. Within the framework of the project, we have not delivered a finished product, but have started developing a new and unique platform that is applicable in several markets.
Expected long term effects
We had a hope of having a product that was directly applicable to the education market after the end of the project. Instead, we found a greater need for innovation of a new platform that will also be applicable to multiple markets.
Approach and implementation
We have followed the plan with various work packages and have undergone a series of activities for exploration and learning towards the goal of finding the right adaptation. Due to the corona crisis, we had to put a lot of focus on adapting our internal operations and re-prioritizing resources. It also gave us the opportunity to deepen the plan for the development of our new platform and organize ourselves more efficiently in the autumn of 2020.
