Do you work in the public sector and want to start or improve your innovation work? Then you should look here! The international organization OECD runs the Observatory of Public Sector Innovation (OPSI). OPSI has, in a broad international collaboration, produced a handbook that is aimed at everyone who wants to develop their innovation work. Through three concrete steps, you as an organization can start or improve your work.

The manual has been edited and freely translated into Swedish by Vinnova. We are happy to receive suggestions for improvement and feedback (further down this page) on how Themanual and support materials work.
The material produced by OPSI is adapted for digital workshops. However, upon request, we have also produced a first version with Swedish support material for physical workshops. The tutorial below can be used if you have a certain customization in mind. Feel free to make suggestions for improvement regarding the material in the form that you will find further down the page

Three-step manual for innovation in public activities
