Purpose and goal
Expected results and effects
We reached our sales objective with really good "lighthouse" customers. We managed to launch our applications before deadline medio August despite some administrative changes around Appstore and their BtB solution (Volume Purchase Program). GDPR compliance evaluation finalised as agreed. Our IT structure is well suited for AI and machine learning but we need more volume to make it economically and technically feasible.
Planned approach and implementation
The evaluation of our IT structure was faster and less complex than anticipated, hence we saved some money versus our budgeted costs. The UX/UI development was swift with focus groups and concepts in June and the programming was done over the summer thanks to low holiday take-out. The sales meetings were very positive and the response overwhelming with three contracts signed and a few very strong prospects. This has given us confidence in our business model and our product. Partner discussions are taking slightly longer than anticipated but as one major partner is signed on we met our goal.
