Purpose and goal
TimeSafe will investigate the intersection between timing and functional safety, as concretised by the emerging (de facto) standards TADL and ISO26262. The results consist of three main items: Combined timing and safety use cases Description of TADL constructs for easy compliance with ISO26262 Methodology for handling timing in the context of ISO26262 The long-term expectation is that these goals will lead to more efficient development of safety-critical real-time systems.
