Important results from the project

The aim was to investigate the continued feasibility of the innovation project.The project´s 3 goals have been met: 1. Preparing for a major user test in phase 2 - has been prepared and we have identified organizations for this in phase 2 2. Ensuring user-driven development for application in the public sector - has been done by involving managers and staff at public workplaces during phase 1 in small tests 3. Preparing for international market launch - is done, inter alia, through a market study. The company wishes to continue with these preparations in phase 2

Expected long term effects

Phase 1 has demonstrated the feasibility of a continued innovation process, both technically, practically and economically. The company has a good base for a Phase 2 project and has a plan to bring the innovation to international market introduction in the public sector. A business plan has been developed for the public sector.

Approach and implementation

Phase 1 included 3 work packages (WP). WP 1 contained a minor user test in a school and a hospital to get user feedback for larger tests, set measurement protocols as well as manual and introductory training for future Phase 2 project. Partners for Phase 2 was identified. WP2 included an evaluation of technical conditions with the development of measurement module for processes and coaching, new web function and app. AP3 evaluated market conditions by studying willingness to pay, competitor and market analysis and business plan development for the public sector
