Purpose and goal
SwitchIn aims to offer young job seekers, primarily, a more modern and customized tool to get to work faster. This, in combination with enabling employers to speed up the recruitment process and obtain valuable scores on the candidates. SwitchIn has been very well received in the market. There has been a lot of PR about this new way of looking for jobs and staff while job seekers are streaming into the app daily.
Expected results and effects
Over 12,000 job applications have been submitted by nearly 5,000 candidates in the app during its first month. It far exceeds all our expectations and hopes.
Planned approach and implementation
SwitchIn is created with the motto "Fast to market - fast to adapt". Development time was a critical factor and was set as tight as 3 months which was also held. With the understanding that corrections still has to be made after launch, a simpler version was created to launch and after the release continue to release at least one update a week in the coming months with new features and enhancements. Something that also makes the target audience return to the app. SwitchIn is the first of its kind, which is important. First to market avantage.
