Purpose and goal
The purpose of the project was to enable Operationskollen AB to start its commercial operations and expand a potential customer base. The project also intended to help with skills reinforcement in order not only to acquire customers but also to maintain continued expansion in terms of commercial partnerships and a strong product that is attractive to buy and subscribe to.
Expected results and effects
The outcome of the project has been that Operationskollen AB now has two customers and a third on its way, giving the opportunity to recruit staff going into 2019 and investing in additional consultancy support. Among other things, the possibility of being able to travel to customers and being able to pay for business has been invaluable to the company in its expansion.
Planned approach and implementation
Since Operationskollen AB is a newly established company with people working without previous startup experience, the project has been conducted in an iterative fashion, where each lesson has provided new opportunities. With small steps, each meeting, conversation and decision has given rise to new ways forward. Thanks to the project, the company has been able to invest time in building an infrastructure of processes, but also understanding the skills that need to be taken.
