Purpose and goal

The purpose of this project was to offer different functions to our customers and to be able to base our pricing offers on the features used. We met this goal and now have a developed attractive product that we can charge for in Sweden.

Expected results and effects

The result of the project is that we can now offer a customized product for different costs based on the features and size of a particular customer. This makes our offer to Sweden´s teacher affordable, no matter what kind of school you are working on. We already see the effect that teachers need to spend less time on unnecessary administrative work, thus allowing more time for the educational work.

Planned approach and implementation

We have in general followed the planned setup, where we changed the structure of our backend to suit different customers. When we made this structural change, we also fought to increase security, which is very important for StudyBee. The development of the overall view changed focus to meet the teacher´s requirements, as it proved to be most important at this stage. Further development of the overall view comes in the next project.
