Purpose and goal
The purpose of the project was to develop the Stagecast MVP (web & mobile app) for market penetration with a business model fitting the existing industry together with key players such as Halebop & Green Wall AB. With the money provided we have produced and sold a functioning product that was used not only in one but in multiple occasions. Hence, we consider the goal met. The product is adapted to the technical and organisational infrastructure of current customers. However, we need to focus on findings ways to build a user base over time and make the sales cycle more faster and more scalable.
Expected results and effects
As one year has not passed yet, it is difficult to judge the final results. However, the following has been accomplished already: * 11 Moments already available on the SC platform. 5 Moments almost finished and will be deployed within the next months. About 40 Moments have been prototyped at LiveHacks (www.livehacks.io) * LiveNation, Blixten&Co and 2Entertain are interested in using SC if we have a bigger user base. * We are in discussions with FC Kopenhagen and FC Bayern Munich to explore new markets. *Otto Knows and Major Lazer said they would use Stagecast if it has more users.
Planned approach and implementation
* The three building blocks were well formulated and easy to execute upon. Hence, development of the MVP was constant throughout the project. * Reason why we have not had a gig with Halebop yet is due to lack of time and their internal restructuring. We are still in discussion to plan a potential collaboration for autumn 18. Working with corporates takes more time than expected. * Better collaboration with Green Wall then expected --> lead to first paying customer with 2Entertain and a strong technical solution. * The technical solutions we created is stronger than expected.
