Purpose and goal
The aim was to develop a prototype for the meeting tool, containing all the functions that will be available at launch and the purpose was then to be able to carry out user tests on potential customers. This has been fulfilled beyond expectation. Today, the tool is used as a meeting tool in a large construction project in Hultsfred.
Expected results and effects
The result is that we now have a prototype that can be used by potential customers. It is also used by potential customers today. The effects of this are that we receive feedback on the features, user-friendliness, utility and bugs that we can use for development. Expected effects are that these potential customers will become our references and paying customers at launch.
Planned approach and implementation
The plan we had is to use the alpha version of the tool to have a dialogue with potential customers and based on that dialogue and Vinnova´s support, to develop the tool further towards a prototype that can be used by potential customers. This has worked very well and the tool is now being used in a large construction project.
