Purpose and goal
The purpose of the project were to continue the development, test, launch and evaluation of the service. Development were required due to new graphical profile, to launch a new mobile app, homepage for the service and re-engineer the existing webbportal. After launch, the purpose were to evaluate the business model and the environmental benefits. We have not been able to do this, as development has taken more time and cost more than budgeted. IP rights has though been strengthen for major markets, a website has been developed. We are better prepared to launch FAIRYSCOPE
Expected results and effects
IP rights strengthen through submitted registration on important markets. System containing homepage, mobila app and webb portal will be finalized as a result of phase 1. Evaluation of the service at an event will be performed as part of phase 1. Two new suppliers onboarded to support continued development.
Planned approach and implementation
The selected supplier for development didn´t have the possibility to support, once the project started. We had to find new suppliers to support, and the time/cost for them to get up to speed were underestimated. IP protection has been strenghten on important markets outside EU, according to plan.
