Rural companies as a resource in crisis

Important results from the project

The purpose and goal for this project were to set up a very local solution and also an Agreement between a municipal and a volontear organisation within the area of crise and preparedness. The legal structure does not allow a municipal to sponsor a set up like that because of difficulties in how to split responsibility in crise-organisation. After all, this result and outcome gave us an Agreement-proposal and there will be a solution for a crise-center in the local area through another kind of treatment between the parts.

Approach and implementation

This project has apart from short implementation worked smoothly in organisation och realisation of goal and purpose. A good research through an interview request made a good start with facts about fears and wishes among citizens in the area of Härlunda. Different volonteer organisations showed their contribution to different crise-moments. The last part found critical facts in law and rules about creating a very local solution for security, communication, mobilization and transports. Still this is a start for a future Agreement between municipality and NGO.
