Important results from the project
Rehappen received help from Vinnova at an early stage. In the meantime, we have both product developed, product and market validated and won paying customers. Rehappen AB offers intelligent GDPR-safe HR-Health-Tech-system that helps identify early signals of ill health, digitizes and structures sick leave work from analysis, documentation and give support in working with sustainability for employees, managers and management. Rehappen today helps companies and leaders to become sustainable by: -Rehappen Software SaaS-system -Konsulting -Org.Dev & HR -Utbildning - Coaching.
Expected long term effects
The Vinnova project is part of our company´s development. We have followed the plan. Today we have international customers and a network with partners all over Sweden and also internationally. We have developed SSO and BankID and automated functions that customers want in the system. We have developed Executive Overview in the system and also other functions together with customers. It has been shown that HR and the managers need more knowledge and support in leadership around sick leave, for this we have packaged services for the product Rehappen. These are highly wanted services.
Approach and implementation
In design and implementation, we have mostly used our own resources and hours as founders. We have collaborated with specialists for the penetration testing, the translation to English contracts and GDPR agreements, external lawyer has been used, and webspecialist. When it comes to product development and system development such as programming, it has mainly been done with founders own expertise and resources. New functionalities have been developed with customers. For packaging services, own hours have been used by Rehappen´s founders in collaboration with customers´ needs.
