Nodified: product and business development, part 2

Purpose and goal

This project has had three milestones that have included building and continuously testing a second prototype of our product, establishing a solid IP-strategy and continue to develop the market strategy. All three milestones have generated successful results and brought the company’s business and technology strategy forward.

Expected results and effects

The results from this project has brought us closer to market launch, helped us to investigate immaterial rights questions and established a market strategy for the future. They have also improved our chances of attracting external financiers and competencies.

Planned approach and implementation

The planned project methodology and execution has gone according to plan and generated good results. In order for the team to work efficiently it has been important with clear and recurring communication, which has been solved by frequent meetings. An agile approach to the product development has proved to be suitable since the project’s degree of innovation has been very high. This work method will be deployed onwards.
