Purpose and goal
Njus achieved the goals of proof-of-concept and seed financing thanks to Vinnova´s funding. The site www.njus.me is launched and we have thousands of visitors every day. We have received about 10 volunteer ambassadors who spread the brand in smaller towns, and are reporting local news.
Expected results and effects
With the platform, we can now offer local, national and international news in all locations throughout the country, regardless of size. By providing true local news in places where it is usually lacking or of regional quality makes people feel updated and listened to. In user interviews we have only received praise about the service.
Planned approach and implementation
We have worked with the reader in the center and tested us with different solutions. For example, some readers want local advertising that we are testing right now. What is not received by the reader is removed from the service immediately. We work with Service Experience Design (SxD), which means that we look at the user´s entire trip in Njus, both before visiting / using our app for what they do afterwards. We collect their thoughts, feelings and goals in the different moments.
