Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The aim project was to enable laid-off workers at short notice to start working in the green industry and to meet the staffing needs that green industries had due to the prevailing pandemic and lack of guest workers. The project has achieved the goal of developing and testing a staffing solution. A solution that is scalable and that has worked well against the market to solve their work peaks.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project has a results with a staffing solution that has been able to pull in and solve work peaks in the green industries. Short-term effects have been met by people who have been unemployed getting jobs in the green industries, that the quality of the services performed fulfilled the customers´ wishes. The project also sees that the long-term effects can be achieved if the tested staffing solution becomes permanent, to secure the long-term supply of domestic food production, increased self-sufficiency of labor and increased food production.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** We have carried out a project with a project group consisting of people from Vreta Kluster LRF Östergötland and Samordningsförbundet Centrala Östergötland, who have focused on working with the development of a business plan and business model for a staffing solution for the green industries. A first round of training efforts by staffing staff was made in 2020. The pandemic stopped a second round of training. A staffing solution for testing was implemented July-September 2021 with ten people at eight customers.
