Reference number
Coordinator AB Leverache
Funding from Vinnova SEK 300 000
Project duration May 2018 - November 2018
Status Completed
Venture Innovative Startups

Purpose and goal

Inex One has succeeded in the project´s goal to develop a digital tool, to transform the market for independent expert counselling, between organizations (customers) and knowledgeable individuals. The tool solves multiple customer needs (as identified in customer interviews), e.g. the market´s lack of transparency, high costs, and challenges around personal data legislation (e.g. GDPR).

Expected results and effects

The digital tool reduces transaction costs between organizations that seek knowledge, and knowledgeable individuals. The knowledge economy works more efficiently when it is easier for these parties to exchange. In the short term, Inex One succeeds in reducing the transaction costs for existing users of independent expert counselling. In the medium term, independent expert counselling can be offered to e.g. SME:s and public organizations. This contributes to more well-informed decisions in society at large.

Planned approach and implementation

The project took place during the late spring and summer of 2018. The rapid progress from start to completion of the digital tool was made possible by the lean prototype design, focusing on only key functionality. The completion was also helped by the parties´ experience in the industry, and the amount of customer interviews that had been made prior to the start of the Step 1 project.
