Important results from the project

The purpose and goals of the project are fulfilled. We have continuously analyzed the current situation and future eligibility requirements at meetings and events for conference facilities. A number of real tests have been carried out with evaluation. The project has not been able to map that today there are any needs from a contingency perspective. We have through the project tried technical solutions and seen the need for competence development of existing staff. New offers and packaging of services are important to simplify the process for both customers and suppliers.

Expected long term effects

The result of the project is that a network of different actors has been created to solve various tasks such as digital meetings, video, image editing, live stream, etc. Competence development will be a core issue for survival - there will probably be fewer purely physical meetings in the future and those who can organize both physically and digitally (hybrid) will have good conditions for survival. This requires further training of existing staff. The project has also been further spread to other industries and developed companies outside its own industry.

Approach and implementation

Activity 1: Mapping phase Activity 2: Implementation of pilots Activity 3: Summary and dissemination of the results The mapping phase has been carried out and created a good picture of what the need looks like. Since the conditions have changed quickly, we have continued with the mapping throughout the project. 17 various pilot tests have been carried out during the project. Due to continued restrictions, some activities have been postponed and carried out in partly different form during Q1 2021. The dissemination of the results has taken place digitally and by telephone.
