Purpose and goal
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The app Hello Colic is available from December and supports parents with infants with colic. Parents mainly register screams to understand if it is colic. Documentation can be presented to a BVC nurse who can use the information as support when giving advice on examination or treatment. Checklist with tips and expert response are as evidence-based as possible and have been developed with the research group Children and Families health, Lunds Universitet. There is a basis for collecting data to contribute to colic research.
Expected results and effects
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** A downloadable app can be found in Apple Store and Google Play in December 2019. The desired effects are that parents experience support through the app, preventing shaking violence incidents against infants and reducing sick leave.
Planned approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** As development became more expensive than imagined, we had to prioritize activities such as marketing, which means that the number of parents who download the app for the first time is reduced. The development itself has gone well, however, with some bugs that needed to be fixed. The collaboration with the research team at Lunds Universitet has been very successful, where information has been reviewed and quality assured several times. The first version of the app will come in December.
