Purpose and goal
The purpose was to develop a betaversion of Fastcruit which was to be used by our betausers to see if this applicationprocess converts more candidates. Developing the betaversion and the betatesting has been far better than we could imagine!
Expected results and effects
We expected the effects to be faster recruitment processes and more qualified candidates. That has been very well accomplished! With input from the betausers we have adjusted the value to concern getting more qualified candidates(not just more candidates) and the fact that 90% of non qualified candidates do never apply for the job.
Planned approach and implementation
The process has been followed according to plan and everything has worked out better than planned!
