Purpose and goal
The goal of meeting the market demand with EQU8 Anti-Cheat has been successfully met with the help of Vinnova. The goal of adapting the existing offer to align with the needs of potential customers has been implemented as described in the results below. We now have a competitive offer with a low effort onboarding; a foundation that we fine-tune and build on continuously.
Expected results and effects
The project has resulted in a simplified integration process, a new licensing model and a fully-automated on-boarding process. The evaluation process is less complex and more attractive, minimizing cost and risk for using EQU8. After analysing the competition, the price model has been redesigned to allow for easier comparison with alternative solutions and has been proven commercially viable. Our costs have been minimized; we now have an automatically scaling backend.
Planned approach and implementation
Finding game companies that potentially have problems with cheats and fits EQU8 Anti-Cheat functionality has been contacted with telephone, email, social media and personal and digital online meetings. The payment model has been tested against existing customers, prospects and potential partners.
