Purpose and goal

The aim of the project was to make innovation more scalable, develop the sustainability aspects, investigate internationalization opportunities and to obtain brand protection. The goals are met.

Expected results and effects

We have tested and found that the most scalable solution is a digital payroll service aimed at private individuals who employ help at home. The service makes it super easy for private individuals to pay white for eg babysitter au pair or garden help. Suitable country for international expansion has been identified. When it comes to sustainability, the law and technology for connecting employers to collectively agreed insurance has been investigated and found to be feasible. We are now well on our way to building a profitable and sustainable company that generates societal benefits.

Planned approach and implementation

Through market research, prototypes and user tests, we have tried to optimize the usefulness and scalability of the service. We did not find it possible to achieve sufficient scalability in our matching and employment service. We have not found a B2B-product viable, but the MVP "digital payroll agency" for private individuals who employ help at home proved successful. It has returning and satisfied customers who are growing in numbers. We have learned a lot. A challenge is still that it is unknown in Sweden that private individuals can become employers and what the benefits of that are.
