Purpose and goal
The project is vital in our developments efforts towards our company mission to make it significantly easier for a wide range of developers and companies to create the billions of IoT-devices yet to come. Our platform will lower the technological and knowledge threshold for turning devices and components into IoT-services for a better world.
Expected results and effects
The expected project result of a successful would be prototypes and reference designs being developed and tested. We would get useful customer/partner feedback that will be used as input to the next step in our development process. The result should be of such quality that we second half 2019 could progress regional commercialization and market offer after minor optimizations and adjustments
Planned approach and implementation
The project is based on 3 phases: The inital phase focus on R&D activitives for development of key functions in our platform in order to support prototypes and pilot projects. Second phase focus on development of the prototypes together with our partners and pilot customers for our two different application areas: smart cities and smart factories.The third phase finally, will include evaluation of the pilots and collect learnings for tuning our technical solution, offerings and business models further.
