Purpose and goal
Lizer Group´s B2B product Store Clerk helps online retailers to convert visitors into customers using forw ard-looking consumer data. In line with the project´s goal, we have developed an early prototype of a control panel for our conversion solution Store Clerk. The idea is that online retailers should be able to base pricing and marketing decisions on the data that we generate even with tens of thousands of customers and SKUs.
Expected results and effects
We have concluded that large commerce sites wants the product we are creating. The final step to become their solution of choice is that our solution needs to automatically generate the responses based on what visitors have decided to follow.
Planned approach and implementation
The project was structured in 3 main work streams: 1. Research: In depth meetings and discussions on what online stores require in order for them to use and pay for our solution. 2. Design/UX: Discussions with customers on the various alternatives that we have created. Parts that could be developed in isolation was transferred to development stage. 3. Development and testing: We have developed an early prototype of the product which is now being tested by customers
