All project goals have been reached: - Performing beta launch, with beta users testing the service - Service improvements according to beta users´ feedback. Fixes of 95% of identified software bugs - Categorized and published content from eight content partners - Comprado ready for public release

Expected results and effects

The project has resulted in a ready-to-launch service which is optimized for the best user experience. One of the major benefits from this project, which is also a tangible result from user feedback, are the enhancements made to the user experience in Comprado. Through thorough analysis of user input, multiple features where identified where improvement in user experience was critical before a public launch. External consultants with expertise in user experience and design was added to the project team, in order to specify and implement improvements.

Planned approach and implementation

Comprado was released as an invite-only beta in the end of March and a group of testers were recruited to give user feedback. In parallel, the project team identified software bugs for correction as well as performed improvements to the hosting and infrastructure of the service, in order to prepare for public launch. Furthermore, content (products and services) was continuously added to the service during the project. Participants in the project was the entire core team of Comprado, our content partners, software consultants, external experts as well as users for testing and feedback.
