Purpose and goal
The purpose and goals have been met. We have strengthened and developed the company´s offering with unique, scientific, cognitive tests. We have developed our business model and our IP strategy. And we have a beta version of an automated test tool for cognitive tests including cognitive requirements specification and profiles. In addition, we have evaluated alternative Business Intelligence platforms for data storage, advanced analysis and visualization of test data. This is the basis for our digitization and links customer benefit, business model, IP and scalability.
Expected results and effects
Business model; Testing, consulting, training, certification, license fees. Digitization ensures scalability and recurring revenue. IP strategy; - Research provides knowledge lead and new applications that can be patented over time. - Branding gives recognition and customer flow. - Digitization secure automation, design protection & acquisition through AI / ML. Also unique protected database with unique cognitive profiles. Three parallel work packages. 1.
