Project duration May 2018 - December 2018
Status Completed

Purpose and goal

The aim of the project was to further develop the business offering, including pricing and pricing model, and to establish a prototype of the delivery model with the help of sharp customer cases. We have succeeded with this thanks to customer-driven business development through a number of different activities and assignments. For example, offerings, sales meetings, participation in matchmaking events (selected by Ignite), pitchings and execution of paid customer assignments. VINNOVA´s contribution has been crucial in order to be able to develop and pivot the business model.

Expected results and effects

Our main goal was to increase the company´s economic growth within the first year. We have succeeded in this with paid customer assignments. We have also set up a functioning infrastructure and technical delivery platform in AWS for driving larger models (algorithms and combinations of algorithms). We only had the opportunity to run smaller models and data sets earlier. We are very pleased with the outcome that we have achieved thanks to the customer-driven development.

Planned approach and implementation

We had two main areas of activity: Goal 1: With the help of sharp customer cases, further develop the business offer including pricing and price model Goal 2: Establish prototype of globally scalable delivery model We have worked with both of these areas. Our analysis of the work is that, thanks to the work with sales, offerings, pitchings and participation in matchmaking events, we learned how the market (= customers) view our value proposition and technology and how they view presentations and pitches of a company like Neurolearn.
