All of the goals that were set up were achieved during the project.
Expected long term effects
The project gave us insights that we otherwise would not have gained, regarding the service itself, the business model, and similar. These are now the base of the work ahead.
Approach and implementation
The project was a full-time effort by all involved parties. Given the challenge that this was, we assess that it would be considerably more difficult if even possible to carry out on a smaller scale.
