Important results from the project

The project´s goal is to acquire knowledge about the market conditions of our product and the requirements that logistics providers have regarding our product. The requirements affect the backend, ie optimization, and also what features we should develop and how it should be designed in a user-friendly manner. Through the project, we acquired a deeper knowledge of what kind of product we have to build and which resulted in a first prototype, release candidate.

Expected long term effects

Through interviews with several logistics providers, a clear picture of how logistics providers´s operations and the challenges they faced were obtained. We gained more knowledge about the features required in a platform. We also saw how manual logistics providers are still working and the opportunity to optimize their work, but also the challenge of implementing new technologies in their processes.

Approach and implementation

We investigated and analyzed operational and technical processes as well as requirements, requirements and willingness to pay for most logistics providers with varied operations. Based on this, the technology platform and the apps were further developed into a complete platform.
