AI optimization of software and app licensing revenue

Purpose and goal

The project completed a new AI analytics module, which based on how end users use software, can suggest adjustments to their licensing models, and thereby contribute to improving the licensing revenue, and capture customer groups who otherwise choose not to become customers.

Expected results and effects

The AI analytics module was successfully tested on simulated data and on the company´s own data. Beta customers who chose to implement the new functionality have not yet reached a critical end user volume to generate results.

Planned approach and implementation

The project was implemented within time frame and budget. The only variation was that a larger part of the homepage updates were made by the company instead of external consultants.
