The intent of the project has been fulfilled. It has been exiting to work with the youth in an interesting project. The economical prerequisites has been captured. The result of the project are: A product - mobile app An instruction video A fundamental business plan The project has shown that there is a business potential in the area of occasional youth work

Approach and implementation

The project was divided in to, demands, conceptual and business plan Due to changes, new prerequisites and a broad market research. Together with the discovery of a american counterpart the time plan was adapted to the discoveries. The end result was better due to bigger focus on a prototype. Based on the american counterpart a mobile app for Iphones was created with the methods Lean StartUp and Minimal Vial Product.
